**Returns & Refunds**

We want you to love your Frooma purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

**Eligibility for return:**
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

**Refunds:**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
